We have been selling wireless alarm systems for over five years now, principally selling to the rural community. As the technologies are identical to our alarm systems and that the requirement in the UK is getting bigger every week, we take great pride in now being able to offer our customer the largest range of Driveway Alerts in the UK, through Ultra Secure Ltd who import/adapt them and they are now the proud official European agents for the Dakota range.

What Are Wireless Driveway Alarms?

They are a simple to install, very effective security device,  getting more popular by the day.

Made up of principle two components:

• Transmitter : these detect welcome or unwelcome visitors by various means, you choose the relevant system to suit your application, we are unique in offering more options than any other standard driveway alert. A wireless signal is sent from this battery-powered unit to the receiver as soon as detection is made. More than one can be used within any system.
• Receiver : this unit is simple plugged into the mains using a 13-amp plug; when a wireless detection signal is received from one or more transmitters a loud chime notifies you to the presence of a visitor, ‘welcome or not’. Also with built in relays and 12 volt outputs we can trigger a multitude of additional accessories including :
• Diallers
• Loud Sirens
• Flashing Lights
• Attached to Alarm Panel

Let Crime Alarms Security Systems adapt a driveway alarm system to suit your requirements, listed below are some options that we can offer: if you can’t see the solution for you then put us to the test. You tell us what you require - and we will look to source an appropriate solution for you.

• Additional transmitters: you can use one receiver and cover as many entrances as you require by buying extra transmitters, the Dakota Range allows for 4 different alert tones so you can select 4 different zones. You can also mix and match the type of transmitter to suit: i.e. PIR at one entrance, Vehicle transmitter at another entrance and a floor sensor in front of a barn door and / or window.
• Additional Receiver: you can have more than one receiver, a lot of customers leave one in their office and have one in there house etc.
•  Diallers: we can supply dialling systems that will dial out to a pre-selected three different numbers playing a recorded message; you can have two recorded messages that work when different sensors make detection. This dialler can be turned on and off to suit. Telephone line required.
• Push buttons: you perhaps would want a customer push button in a remote building, perhaps a small unmanned shop you have on site.
• Employee ‘Assistance Required’ button: perhaps a switch for a single manned shop to request help.  
• Wireless Portable Receiver: which would act as a pager.
• Wireless Portable Transmitter: a lone worker can signal for help, simply by carrying a portable button.
• Internal PIR Transmitters.
• External bell: fit a bell or siren outside your office, this can be turned on and off for when you are working outside. 
• External/Internal flashing light: for people with impaired hearing.
• Fitting service: if you haven’t got time to install the systems, then we are more than happy to help.
